How do I activate my QR sticker?

Scan the sticker with your phone camera, tap "Are you the owner? Activate now", sign in or create an account, then fill in your vehicle details and at least one emergency contact.

What can someone see when they scan my sticker?

Nothing about you personally. They only see three options — Notify Owner, Wrong Parking, and Emergency — and can submit a message, report, or emergency alert. Your phone number, email, and address are never shown.

What happens in Emergency Mode?

All of your registered emergency contacts (in priority order) are alerted with the scanner's location and, if you've added it, your medical profile — blood group, allergies, and conditions. This information is never shown outside Emergency Mode.

Is medical information required?

No, it's completely optional. You must explicitly consent before we store any medical data, and you can remove it at any time from your vehicle's page in the dashboard.

How does the agent/referral program work?

Agents get a unique referral code and a shareable link. When a QR sticker tagged to an agent (or a customer who signed up via their referral link) is activated, the agent automatically earns a commission — no manual tracking needed.

My sticker is lost or damaged — what do I do?

Report it from your vehicle's page in the dashboard. This suspends the sticker immediately so it can't be misused, and you can request a replacement.

Can someone call me directly through the app?

Not in this version. All communication happens through SMS, WhatsApp, and email notifications — masked calling isn't supported yet.
